MOLL GmbH + Co. battery factory KG continues production and supplies batteries. Despite the bankruptcy proceedings, production remains undisturbed and goods can still be purchased.

My grandfather used to say, that if you don't know what you mean and you can't decide to get up and leave or stay and sit, it's always about the same thing - about money. Bankruptcy proceedings do not always have to end in bankruptcy or liquidation of the company. It often happens that these types of proceedings can help the company catch its creditors and have time to reorganize its affairs and decide whether to leave or stay.
